Lazy Acres has all of the amenities you need for a great get away. Our Campground and RV Park is truly one of a kind and we are open from May 15th to the end of September. Enjoy the beautiful landscape while staying in our clean campsites, and for those of you that are a little less adventurous, stay in one of our motel rooms, complete with cable TV, heat and air conditioning. The Lazy Acres Campground and RV Park provides travelers with all of their RV needs, including water, sewer hook ups, 30 and 50 amp electric, wireless internet access, and most of all plenty of space to stretch out and relax. The Property

Take a little online stroll through our grassy, wooded campground with a small stretch of the Encampment River just steps away.

The Town

Riverside, Wyoming was first settled in 1902 and has always used agriculture, logging and copper mining as primary sources of income. The small, quiet town is located on the junction of US 230 and WYO Hwy 70. Today, the population is around 60 people, and it is known for hunting, fishing and outdoor activities. 

The Geography

Nestled between the Sierra Madres & the Medicine Bow Mountain ranges, with the Encampment River running through town, Riverside offers plenty of outdoor adventures to keep you busy during your stay.
